The Last Will and Testament is the14th studio album by the Swedish band Opeth.
The album was co-produced by Opeth’s front-man, Mikael Åkerfeldt. Stefan Boman, who’s known for his work with Ghost and The Hellacopters, also contributed to the production. Engineering duties were handled by Boman, Joe Jones (known for his work with Killing Joke and Robert Plant), and Opeth.
The Last Will and Testament features a heavier and darker sound, balancing progressive and death metal elements.
