Tom Morello & Friends: Electric Full Band Show Tour Makes A Stop At Boston’s Paradise Rock Club

Grammy-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted, Songwriter, and Activist – Tom Morello, brings his “Tom Morello & Friends: Electric Full Band Show” tour to the Paradise Rock Club in Boston on November 17th. Supported by The Neighborhood Kids, the “Electric Full Band Show” includes dates starting this month in Chicago, Washington D.C., Brooklyn, New York City, Atlantic City, Ledyard, CT, and Boston.

Morello is a groundbreaking artist in his solo career. He is also an original member of the rock bands Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave. Two acts responsible for multiple Grammy Awards and a total of 30 million albums sold worldwide. His trademark style was a crucial part of the Rage Against the Machine sound. Morello’s signature guitar can be heard in the supergroup Prophets of Rage. He also played with Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band for 6 years.

Most recently, Morello released his first solo rock project with the latest single being “Pretend You Remember Me.” The song is an anthem written in solidarity with the immigrant community. It was created in partnership with the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA).

In a recent conversation with Billboard Magazine, Morello reflected on what this release meant to him –

Morello – “Releasing this song now is in direct response to what we’ve seen happening, the state terror we’ve seen happening in this country of mass agents tearing families apart..”

“Like anybody else, I’m all in favor of violent criminals being arrested — but I think we should start with the violent criminals who the International Criminal Court is seeking for their wars overseas rather than hard-working people who are just trying to make a decent life for their families here. If you support anything, let it be justice.“
