Pentagram’s 2026 ‘Last Rites’ Tour: Doom Descends on New England

Pentagram, the godfathers of doom metal, are tearing across North America in 2026 with their highly anticipated “Last Rites” tour – a raw, powerful run that’s already igniting stages from Dallas to Austin. The tour kicked off in April with a fiery West Coast showing, has now landed in the East Coast and will be making at stop in Lowell, MA on May 23th with special guest Legions of Doom. Don’t miss it!

The tour kicked off in April with a fiery West Coast and Midwest swing, including a standout set at Seattle’s El Corazon on April 24, continues through May with a relentless schedule of intimate venues and festival appearances. Including, their stop at Taffeta Music Hall in Lowell, MA with Legions of Doom, Karate Steve, and Girthworm, This show is staked to be a killer night of Doom Metal!

But the journey doesn’t end there. Pentagram will return in October for a massive performance at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, CA, sharing the stage with some of rock’s heaviest hitters.

In addition, Pentagram just released a new album from a previously unreleased 1978 live recording. High Voltage: Live at Spotsylvania captures the band’s rare 5-piece “High Voltage” era with two lead guitarists. The show was an all-night backyard concert in Spotsylvania, Virginia featuring Bobby Liebling on vocals. Make sure to check that out!
