Bill Murray, Jan Vogler & Friends tour comes to Boston tomorrow night to the Orpheum Theater in support of their new album New Worlds – A blend of classical music and literal readings..don’t miss it!
Bill Murray released a new classical album with cellist Jan Vogler in September of last year under Decca Gold music label. Since then, the two have paired and assembled a group to tour with- accompanied by Mira Wang, Vogler’s wife on violin, and Vanessa Perez on piano, they hit the road. They embarked on a journey to bring their audience an enchanting night of classical music and literal readings that Murray has been quoted describing as, the collision of America and Europe. Murray said about the union – We are from four different continents. And when the continents come together, the music moves right across the peninsulas from one to the other.
