Return & Exchange Policy
Hey, thanks for shopping with us! We’re stoked you’re rocking our merch! Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges in case something doesn’t quite work out.
- Something’s Wrong With My Order (Damaged or Misprinted Items):
Uh-oh! If your item shows up damaged or has a printing issue, no worries—we’ll make it right! Just get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a quick pic of the problem, and we’ll sort out a replacement for you. Easy peasy!
- I Changed My Mind or Ordered the Wrong Size:
We totally get it—sometimes things aren’t as expected, or maybe you ordered the wrong size. If you’re not feeling your merch, you can exchange it! Just make sure to reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to cover the shipping costs to send it back to us, but once we get it, we’ll ship you your new item (or refund, if you prefer). After 14 days, we won’t be able to process exchanges or refunds.
- How to Make a Return or Exchange:
To get things rolling, simply contact us through our Contact Us page or email us at [contact@rockstarculture.com], and let us know what’s up! We’ll guide you through the process and get everything sorted so you can get your new gear in no time.
- Shipping Costs:
If you’re exchanging your item, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. If it’s a “change of heart” return and you’d prefer a refund, shipping’s on you, too. Once we get your item back, we’ll send out your replacement or issue your refund.
