Rock musician, radio personality, novelist- there isn’t much Greg Kihn hasn’t done. Kihn is a true renaissance man, who strongly influenced the California sound in the early 70’s. Kihn has released 10 albums with the Greg Kihn Band during his 16-year music career before shifting his career to radio and writing, releasing four novels thus far. After a 20 year hiatus from music, Kihn is back with a new album called Rekinhdled, an album that he hopes rekindles his music career.
Editor of Rockstar Culture, Carlos Londono, recently sat down with Kihn for a phone interview where they discussed his new album, what occupies his time when he isn’t making music and the things that influenced him as a child. Also, a couple great stories of his experiences in Boston.
